Chris Chiacchio concentrates his practice on corporate and real estate law, and related litigation. He also assists the firm with business development, routinely meeting with current and prospective clients.
Chris' wide range of experience includes helping clients form business and investment entities, and buy/sell/invest in businesses and real estate. In addition to his transaction skills, Chris is also an experienced litigator, having appeared in the Superior Court of New Jersey in most New Jersey counties. He has also appeared in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Louisiana, and in the US Bankruptcy Court in Philadelphia, Camden, Trenton, and Newark.
Outside the practice of law, Chris is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves as the Chairman of Moorestown Township’s Economic Development Advisory Committee, which assists in the Township’s efforts to expand local business and increase ratables. He’s served as Mayor of Moorestown and was a member of Township Council. He’s been a member of Moorestown’s Planning Board, and Cinnaminson Township’s Zoning and Planning Boards.
Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Widener Law School. Upon graduating Law School, Chris served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Chris resides in Moorestown, New Jersey, with his wife Dr. Renee Kendzierski, and their two children.
